These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Mana Perfumes. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation. We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer, with additional payment methods added over time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across the UAE. Orders placed before 3 PM ship the same business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days on unopened items in their original packaging. Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
